We recognise that all our clients have different financial needs and objectives and we will build a plan appropriate to the needs of each client.
You are free to choose the level of service that best suits your needs. It should be noted that it is not compulsory for you to sign up to one of our services and we do offer a transactional only service.
We offer the following service options:
Silver Service Proposition
This service level offers an initial face to face consultation, the preparation of research and recommendations. A report is issued and plans set up. This proposition assumes you do not require regular reviews or re-balancing of your investments. You will have access to online systems which shows real time valuations of your investments/ details of all plans. You will have access to your adviser via email and phone as required.
Gold Service Proposition
This service level provides all of the features of the Silver Service Proposition, whilst also providing an annual face to face review with your adviser. Portfolios will be re-balanced annually.
Platinum Service Proposition
This service level provides all of the features of the Gold Service Proposition but the main difference is that your portfolios will be re-balanced quarterly.
Transactional only Client Service Option
This service level is offered for clients who require ad hoc advice and have no need to ongoing servicing/ reviews. An example might be life cover or the purchase of a conventional annuity. This service assumes you do not require ongoing access to an adviser.
